EMOTION

Emotions are our feelings. Literally. We feel them in our bodies as tingles, hot spots and muscular tension. There are cognitive aspects, but the physical sensation is what makes them really different.

An emotion is a mental and physiological state associated with a wide variety of feelings, thoughts, and behavior. Emotions are subjective experiences, or experienced from an individual point of view. Emotion is often associated with mood, temperament, personality, and disposition.

A related distinction is between the emotion and the results of the emotion, principally behaviors and emotional expressions. People often behave in certain ways as a direct result of their emotional state, such as crying, fighting or fleeing. Yet again, if one can have the emotion without the corresponding behavior then we may consider the behavior not to be essential to the emotion.

My live is basically run by my emotions. Is always about my emotions. I danced to music according to my emotions. There are like my most important thing in my life. I will play and dance to soft music when i feel relaxed. I will danced to fast based music when I feel like being hyper and excited . Dance is my life and dancing with emotions are part of who I am. I may not be the best dancer in the world, but my dance express what i want to express in my life.

Every part of my life is the lyrics of a song. It keeps me going if i want to fall, it keeps me happy when i'm feeling down, it keeps me moving on when i feel my heart break, it keeps me relaxed when the love song plays on my com.

I may not take dance classes, but i love to dance and is who i am. I danced in my room, bathroom/toilet, living room, kitchen, car park, back lanes, road, shops, shopping malls, stage, a crowded area, club, pub, car, ship, van, bus, park, basketball court, school field etc. Basically everywhere I feel like dancing when the song suddenly pop up on my head and starts playing on my head. It's like an ipod, in my head, it plays according to my mood.

Weird isn't it?? Well, it's been like this since I was born. I can even dance to nursery rhyme. It is really adorable, when your head starts to play "Blah Blah Black Sheep". hehe :D

My current song playing on my head is 'Crash and Burn by Savage Garden' and my emotion now is THIS!!

How do guys sleep?

From my point of view:
-Uses 100% of the a single bed.
He moves from left to right
Open and stretch his body till the entire bed is occupied
He will sleep on the bed like a starfish

-Uses 70% of the bed when the other 30% of the bed was occupied by another person
He stretches his legs and occupy 70% space
The poor person had to suffer on the 30% of space on the bed

Snores when sleep

- Snores the entire night

Irritating noise that will bother you the entire night

Noise from volume 2 to volume 10!!

Different frequency of noises!!

- Sneak in to sleep at 2am

No sound was produced

sleep at the corner of the room

a small movement of sleeping bag, make you think there is something trapped

or something is hidden in it.

- woke up at 5am

didn't really slept back after that

turning from left to right

making movement sounds.

This does not apply to all guys, but is just my observation on how they sleep.

This is what is did on that day!!
Woke up early in the morning at 7.30am
Went to SMK Subang Utama school
Sat at the registration counter, started collecting money
After that, i went into a classroom and
My BODs sat in the front row
We had a talk by Lion Clayton on Key Officers.
After that is lunch time,
We sat at one of the tables
Started selling badges
Didn't get to eat lunch
By the time the line was short
the food was all gone
Next, is RCC Meeting by Lion Clayton
We got a quite big group of us
I get to introduce our club's projects
Announced our club's District Council people
Having 2 regional projects
Following by sitting at the canteen
Help people pass orientation test

Went to the canteen and start calling ERIC womanizer
Played Womanizer on my Notebook, when ERIC went to "PR"
Fail to play solitaire
Went Home
Organise my vest and calculate Funding of Badges

went home about 2.30am

Some Photos From Indonessia

THis is A shopping Mall. Grand Indonessia. IT is huge is 2 Times more bigger than 1utama. The Malls there are Giagantic!! And in this mall, on the 10th floor. is well decorated into 4 types of worlds.There's China, Europe, Japan and Arab. And all they do is serve their own countries delicacy. Like, Chinese section, they have chinese food, and japan section they have japanese food.This is on the china street. They decorate it like china town.

This is on a europian decoration and there's a moving windmill in the mall.

This part is the japanese part of the mall.
All the restaurants here has different japanese doors for their restaurants.
They also have a mini japanese garden and water features in the mall,
it really looks like you're in another world.

This is the arabian theme in the mall.. it is really really cool!!

Before we actually went to Grand Indonessia (The mall)
We went to an island in Indonessia Called SEPA Island.
Is one of the island near Jakarta.That's the Jeti where we board our boat to the SEPA Island.

Alright. Having holidays now.

NOthing much to update about, because nothing really happen

OH!! i got McD yesterday at 1.00a.m.!! haha McDelivery!

not exactly McD delivery la.. my friend deliver it to my house! So nice right?

Anyway, Tonight, will be discussing about forum with Mak, Weng Siong and Wei Jheng.

I hope it turns out good. and These people who wants to go to Lion's Club meeting..

But i lazy to go la. I so sien la, go there... you guys go la... ( but they dunno how to go) haiz..

and the good part is!! My mom is going to BALI today!! OH yea! OH Yea!! 

hahaha.. i can go out! yes yes! WEE...!!
