The Dinner on CNY Eve

Just like every family we have our Annual Chinese New Year Eve Dinner together as a Family. The preparation started in the morning at 10.00a.m. because we got many dishes to prepare, we had to start a fire (carcoal fire) to boil soup and cook other dishes on the gas stove. In total we are operating, 2 gas stove, 1 electric stove and 1carcoal stove. isn't It cool?? hahaha by 7p.m. All the dishes has been cooked and arranged on the table for picture taking session. We had total of 9 dishes to be exact!! Wee!! Now i will introduse to you to our home made 9 dishes for CNY.(cantonese)

1. Our Best Dish, Pau Yu and dong ku kai gue(abalone ,mushroom and chicken feet)

3. Vegetable with garlic
4. Zuk Soun Ju Tou Tong (Pig stomach soup)
5. Wong Jaow Ha (Prawn with wine)
6. Jeng Kai (Steamed Chicken)
7.Keong Ngap (Ginger Duck)
8. Yu Yuen Tong (Fishball soup)

After that we had a long long chat with the family.. drink and drink lots n lots of wine, whisky, brandy, beer and liquor... and everyone left at 12.30a.m.

totally Random!!

Yesterday... I went to ERIC's PLace to gamble. We're playing Blackjack!! and you know what? When eric Take he's card!! He will shout Aik!! and if he needs to take another card.. He will shout Aik!! again... and if he has blow he's cards... he will look very dramatic and if he has good card he will look very happy... when you look at he's face.. you will know he has blow he's cards or not. and BTW!! JUSTIN AND ERIC WON ALOT OF MONEY!!! please BELANJA ME!!! hahaha... Jerad and Wai Yew Lost Alot!! hahaha... we finished on of eric's mom's cookies... it is so delicious.. we can't resist it!!

OH!! my pictures is finally UPloaded... well... nothing much to say about this Event. I thought it would be a good event, because the publicity and the advertisement were really exclusive. I was having a very high expectation for this event. It actually didn't turn out as i expected.. a dissapointment. not totally a dissapointment. but well, there are some really good performance during the event.. will  continue writing later.. going visiting now

Don't Buy HiFi Bread!!! It's Dirty.. EWW!!

The place is so so dirty le.. don't buy any HiFi bread anymore... i receive this e-mail from my friend. Do Not Buy it Anymore!!! buy some other brand.. tell all your parents... tell everyone!!! The workers don't even wear gloves when making the dough. Look at the machines and the floor... like they never clean up the place before.. Imagine your grandparents eating that brand for years already, your kids eating every morning before going to school, eat bread when you come back from school in the evening for tea... its not too late to turn back.. please send this message out.
